Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Email info@tetragrampeptides.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the problem. We will replace the item or refund the order.

Opened or Unsealed Vials

Because these are research reagents, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned unless they are defective. This protects the integrity of what we ship to everyone else.

How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever the provider supports it. For Bitcoin orders, refunds are issued as a pull payment to an address you supply, for the USD value of the refunded items at the time the refund is approved.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at any time before payment settles. After settlement, email info@tetragrampeptides.com before the order ships.
